From this point Marine Magnetics will do the following:

  1. Track your shipment to make sure it reaches us; provided the tracking number was supplied.
  2. Evaluate the return and provide you with a quotation for repair purposes. If this is a warranty repair we will repair the unit and ship it promptly. If it is not, we will issue a quotation to you via email, prior to the commencement of the repair.
  3. Upon receipt of your PO the repair will be completed promptly.
  4. The shipment will be dispatched as per the information you provided on the original RMA request form.
